I coach women leaders who know deep down that their leadership is tied to their energy and how they feel.

As your health coach, I'll guide you to:

3. Optimize your health by using effective tools, resources, and strategies to build lasting habits. ​We'll find what works for you to set you up for success.
4. Show up at work and back home feeling and looking your best (rather than ragged, ravenous and reeling from exhaustion). Enjoy food - and your clothes - again!

I know this journey firsthand. For me, it was the worry of a diagnosis that held me back as I was doing "all the things" a woman has on her plate. Not only that, but my nutrition was not serving my energy during an extremely busy season in my life, and I admit I was eating way too much sugar between classes.
I had reluctantly traveled to the NIH (the National Institutes of Health) in Bethesda, Maryland to join a research study. My dad had recently passed away from a slow-growing neuro-endocrine tumor called carcinoid. The purpose of the study was to see if I had any similar lesions in my digestive tract. I was so nervous and had been putting off the tests. Not only was I grieving my dad but I was angry that his lifelong anxiety around doctors had kept him from sharing his diagnosis with anyone until it was too late. My mind went into overdrive thinking of every possible outcome for myself. All of this was happening while I was completing a post-baccalaureate program and raising three teenagers.
Thankfully, I did not have carcinoid. But the experience forced me to finally face my understandable and inherited fears around health. I realized how emotionally vulnerable I had become around anything health-related. And how food controlled me more than I controlled food.

My goal for every woman I coach is to enjoy food again without the guilt and the yo-yo dieting. You can overcome years of unhelpful eating, weak habits, and negative thinking with the support of insightful coaching conversations that lead to actions. Our bodies weren't made to starve but to experience balance and energy by enjoying an abundance of nutrients found in a variety of foods and treating our bodies with respect.
The result? You will go out and feel unencumbered to do the work you were created to do whether that be running a business, raising a family, getting a degree, or volunteering to make the world a better place.

For me, my energy improved, my worries quieted, and I found peace in knowing I was taking care of myself without letting fear dictate my choices and highjack my emotions. And I was one of two people accepted to my program's graduate school - the achievement of a lifelong goal.​

Enjoy a 20 min free consult to clarify where you want to make changes, understand how the coaching process will work, and schedule your first coaching session.

2. Complete Your Heath and Wellness Assessment
The Health & Wellness Assessment will increase your awareness, promote self-discovery, and give me, your health coach, knowledge of where you currently are in each health pillar. Additional forms may be sent depending on your needs and interest, such as a Food Journal.

3. Coaching Begins
Meet either online or in person. Wellness coaching meets each client as a whole person to empower their development of focus, motivation, energy, and skills to make effective choices and sustained efforts toward well-being.
