I’m a Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a background in nutrition—also known as the Health Coach Concierge. I'm here to help you think through your important decisions, face any fears, and get to a resolution you feel peace about.

In one health clarity session that lasts 90 minutes, we'll cut through the noise to land on your best-fit decision, whether it involves a medical procedure, a health decision, or treatment plan.
With my functional health and full body systems training, I'll ask you questions and offer insights that you may not have considered before...so you can look at every important angle. Rather than give medical advice or tell you what to do, I help you clarify your values, weigh your options, and feel confident about which path you decide to take.
