Some health decisions aren’t urgent — but they’re heavy.

I’ve been there. I had to decide whether to go to the NIH for a research study for testing to see if I had a potentially genetic disease. I decided to go and got good news, thankfully. More recently I had to figure out complicated caregiving options for my mother.

​

Health decisions can take a mental, emotional, and financial toll. Even spiritual.

​

And we can have regret it if we don’t make choices aligned with our values.

​

Maybe you’ve left an appointment with options, maybe even good ones…and still feel stuck.

​

Not necessarily because you need more information. Because you need space to think.

That’s the work I do.

​

I offer Health Decision Coaching. A collaborative conversation with a health coach that helps clients gain clarity, weigh options, and move forward with confidence. Either between doctor visits or when life serves up a big decision.

​

No medical advice. No telling anyone what to do.
Just helping you think clearly and choose with peace. I 
use decision-support tools similar to those used in U.S. healthcare settings, adapted to a practical coaching conversation.

​

If you’re carrying a heavy health decision that keeps circling in your mind, we can talk it through.

Because sometimes you don’t need a 3-month coaching program. You just need a focused 90 min session to get clarity so you can move forward.
